This place was small and cute.
In a really fancy building lol the food was good too .

Little disappointed with this visit. Been here a lot in previous years. It appeared that place seems run down a little from years back. Had not been kept up to date.
Just had foot surgery, couldn't find wheelchair accessible anywhere within sight, so I had to hop up the stairs one step at a time so it was a bit of a challenge.
Ordered the apple spritzer drink, what a big let down as there was no spritz nor any flavor to drink. Also ordered "stuffed French toast" not sure why it named "stuffed" as I was expected the French toast to be stuffed with strawberry or cream....
There was only 4 slices of strawberries on my French toast.
Would not go back to this location. May try different location to see if ambient and service would differ! -

Prompt service with a smile. Food incredibly mediocre. I considered eating at Starbucks but the idea of frozen microwave food turned me off so I chose Le Peep. Potatoes were under cooked.

Not the easiest location to spot, because it's on the first floor of a business building. But it's a great choice for breakfast. They open early. Service is attentive and quite good. Reasonable prices. Great food. I'll be back. Free parking out front.

We were seated quickly. Server walked past several rimes without any acknowledgement. I ordered coffee and it was dropped off by another waitress. Our waitress finally ask if we are ready to order which we did. Wife ordered a waffle and I had a Chicken Fried Steak. Both meals arrived and served by yet another waitress. My chicken fried steak was very greasy and I only had 3 or 4 bites. My eggs were way overcooked and hard yokes(YUK)suppose to be over easy. Toast was cold. Wife's meal as she said was luke warm and just so so. She didn't eat much of it. We waited and waited for a check and payed at the entry. Overpriced Poor Quality Meals. Won't return too Le Poop. Only reason for two stars is it is Monday and I am not working so I am feeling somewhat nice.
